A major feature of this site is that you can upload documents relating to your transaction so they can be viewed by anyone. This could include your mortgage, note, appraisal, termite
report. We do not recommend uploading confidential information like credit reports. You
should cover over confidential information like the name and
social security number.
You have 2 choices for posting documents along with your listing:
- Fax all your documents to us at 1-(206)-666-1880.
Please put your user name, password and ad number on the cover
sheet. We will upload the documents to your listing free of charge. This usually takes less than 2
business days. Please write on the top of the first page the Section and Ad number.
Just fax the documents to us and
we'll do all the work!

Create a PDF file from your documents, maximum file size 900k, and
upload it yourself.
To upload the document yourself:

Click on the link below: Modify/Renew
Listings or Add/Modify/Delete Photo/Documents.
- Click on the Section in which
you want to add your Photo/Documents.
- Click on the link Add or
Delete Documents or Photos
- Click the button Add Photo or Documents
- Scroll down a little and enter the Listing number to which you want to
add your Photo or pdf Document. You can find your listing number (i) on the
email confirmation you received from us when you placed your listing or (ii)
in the listing itself. Look just under the words
Listing Information. The Ad Number is just under the Category.
- Choose the file you want to upload, either a Photo or pdf document, by
browsing to it on your hard drive.
- Click the button Upload Photo or Documents to your
listing.
